As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be in charge of diverse recruitment initiatives across all departments at simpleclub and working closely with hiring managers and members of the leadership team defining strategies to find outstanding talent. You will be responsible for sourcing relevant profiles, utilizing and analyzing relevant data, and researching tools and platforms to reach matching talent and scale the teams at simpleclub.

- Collaborating across simpleclub, you will be recognized as an expert partner to advise on recruitment-related topics and projects.
- Finding, engaging, and bringing amazing talent while ensuring a smooth hiring processes for candidates and hiring teams. From reach-out to offer - ensuring we provide an outstanding candidate experience to everyone.
- Aligning and advising leaders on needs and making sure the hiring plan is up-to-date - with your insights and data you will help shape priorities, challenge, and advise the business plan.
- Researching and finding new platforms, tools, and insights where we can find and source talent, experimenting with new ideas.
- Proactively offering creative solutions and having ambition to grow beyond your current role.
- Coordinating with the rest of the People team for on-boarding and contributing to each hire having a smooth and exciting start with simpleclub.

💰Your salary: We 💙 transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.
The salary band for this role in Germany is: 51.000 - 60.000 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adapt to your local market.
We are in the process of rolling out salary bands in job descriptions to ensure we treat all employees fairly. Once we get to know each other better and your skills & experience during the interview process, we will be able to evaluate where you would fit within the salary band.
