🚀 Your mission as a Systems Engineer!
As a Systems Engineer, you'll contribute to the optimization and security of our digital infrastructure. With your knowledge and experience in providing system support, you will enhance overall system performance, security, and efficiency and shape the future of cutting-edge gaming experiences with us. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions, and supporting them technically through setting up the equipment.
- Overseeing the administration and maintenance of corporate email systems, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal functionality.
- Providing first-line technical support to address and resolve production issues promptly, maintaining a high level of service availability.
- Acting as the escalation point for production and/or technical issues.
- Implementing and managing corporate antivirus solutions to safeguard the organization's digital assets against potential threats.
- Ensuring the security and compliance of corporate endpoints through effective endpoint control measures.
- Administering and managing third-party tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and others, ensuring proper integration, access control, and security.
- Developing and conducting security training programs for employees, focusing on phishing awareness and email threat mitigation strategies.
- Implementing and enforcing control measures for corporate laptops, including access management, security protocols, and regular audits.
You will thrive in this role if you are:
- Having at least 3 years of experience working in the corporate IT field.
- Possessing a good understanding of Terraform to contribute to the automation and orchestration of infrastructure as code.
- Having previous experience in working with cloud platforms to support and optimize cloud-based services and applications.
