We are seeking a Project Manager with Scrum Master experience that has the right talent and expertise to join our team. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of timely agile projects that are within budget, and of high quality. In addition, you will also serve as a Scrum Master on these projects, ensuring that our development team follows the principles and practices of the Scrum framework.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication between team members

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

• Monitor project progress and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget and ensure team is meeting sprint goals and objectives

• Manage project documentation and ensure that it is accurate and up to date

• Facilitate meetings, including project kick-off meetings, status meetings, and project reviews

• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management

• Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration and communication

• Facilitate the Scrum process and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective

• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is groomed and prioritized appropriately

• Guide and coach the team on agile practices, including continuous improvement and self-organisation

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams as a servant leader

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to manage and coordinate conflict resolution 

• Ability to facilitate and guide the project team through project activities

• Experience with project management tools and software

• Experience in managing project budgets, schedules and resources

• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices, as well as Agile development methodologies

• Proven ability to develop and execute project plans

• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards successful project delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects

• PMP certification is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
