Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage high-exposure multi-faced projects to ensure effective execution of Airalo’s strategyCoordinate internal deliverables and external efforts to guarantee the successful and timely delivery of projects.Representing Airalo as the project managing interface to mobile networks, vendors, and service partners on a global scaleManaging vendors and suppliers to comply on time, budget, and qualityEstablishing and maintaining professional internal and external communicationApplying best practices and standards to elevate our project governance frameworkDefine and measure key aspects of the projects’ performanceEffectively tracking, driving, and reporting project statusCreate project time plans including vendors, deliverables, milestones, critical pathsAnalyse risk, define mitigation plans, and proactively act on themMaking decisions for resource levelling and project prioritizationsEnsure top quality assurance practices are applied, and cooperate with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to achieve thisManaging and assuring regulatory compliance for the projects targeting new marketsOrchestrating Legal and Product Management efforts to achieve the above if neededCoordinate technical activities of integrating new networks into the existing Airalo platformServe as first-level escalation point in case of shortcomings of whatever nature,Must-haves:
At least 6 years experience in enterprise software deployment and integration projectsMore than 3 years relevant experience in the mobile telco industrySound understanding of eSIM technology and use casesBasic understanding of Telecommunication Network technologies like RAN, Mobile Core and OSS/BSSUnderstanding of Mobile Roaming use cases and details like passive/active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roamingKnowledge and experience in a variety of Project Management Methodologies, applying both Waterfall and Agile methodologiesPMP, Prince, Agile PM training and certification are good to haveState-of-the-art project planning and execution skills: Scope, time, budget, resource management, Dependencies, Critical Path, Risk management, status reporting.Problem-solving attitudeExcellent English skills in writing, speaking, and reading – business fluentInternational working experience is highly preferredMaster's Studies and/or MBA preferredIf you are interested in this position, please apply via the link.
