As a People Success Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with our Leadership team and ensuring all day-to-day People matters are handled. You’ll be working closely with our founders, C-level executives, VPs & Directors of your assigned tribe, as well as the entire People & Talent team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assists Management in the development of solutions for current and future business needs through employee development, organizational development, cultural and process-oriented perspectivesBe knowledgeable and considerate of the complexity of supporting a fully remote team, across almost 60 countriesSupport with yearly Headcount Planning & Forecasts with the People Director, Talent, and Hiring ManagersServe as a trusted advisor to team members, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace cultureEnsures all areas of that team are running smoothly and that leadership in their teams feel supportedHandles all performance-related challenges, and supports their teams to be high-performing, engaged, and successfulHas strong rapport-building skills to become a trusted partner to your key stakeholdersSupport leaders in ensuring People's KPIs are met, such as regular Performance Reviews, Compensation Reviews, etc.,Must-haves:
Proven experience in business partnering, with multiple stakeholders, across different countriesPossesses strong leadership skills and is resiliencePossesses strong customer-centric skills with a passion for service, ensuring all our interactions with people are handled professionally and with thorough attention to detailProven experience in strategic People Experience plans and solutions, dealing with organization strategies and complex business/People-related topics;Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills with all levels of seniority in a cross-functional & global environmentEffective & analytical mindset, creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills with strong business acumen & user-centric philosophy;Self-driven, optimistic, and keen to work as part of a professional and closely-knit team while highly organized with excellent time management skillsChampion diversity and inclusion efforts, promoting a culture of respect and belonging,Good to have:
