What you will do:
- Organize and support the grade review process, ensuring smooth execution and proper documentation.
- Collect, structure, and document HR-related information, making processes more transparent and accessible.
- Coordinate feedback collection and track key touchpoints during the onboarding process for our Internship Programme.
- Assist in other HR projects, contributing to improvements in people processes and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- English proficiency (B2 or higher) – clear communication is essential.
- Fluent Russian – ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
- Strong Google Workspace skills, especially Google Sheets, to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to organizing information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, making it easy to connect with colleagues across teams.
- A genuine interest in HR and a desire to grow in this field.
