About the role:
Winona is looking to hire a full-time remote Patient Care Representative. For this role, you will act as a liaison, accurately and efficiently providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems for Winona.
Seniority Level: Entry-Mid Level
Responsibilities:
Answering questions about Winona’s products and services.
Delivering information about Winona’s offerings.
Ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining professional patient support.
Handling patient complaints and identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve issues as quickly as possible.
Keeping records of patient interactions, processing patient accounts, and filing documents.
Taking the extra mile to engage with patients.
Requirements:
Experience working in a medical-related job
Strong customer service experience
Has availability to work some weekends
Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and other computer basics
Comfortable making calls with patients
Comfortable using social media
Excellent communication and writing skills
Attention to detail and a good sense of judgment
A personal computer with stable internet
Available to work from 12 PM to 8 PM Pacific Time, with one weekend day per month
