Hours:
Monday-Friday 2 PM - 6 PM PST
(with the potential to increase to full-time hours)

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through phone, live chat, email, and social media
- Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries.
- Processing returns, exchanges.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Experience working in customer service.
- Experience working with customers located in the US.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Experience on these platforms would be nice to have:
Shopify
Zendesk/Gorgias, or similar CRM platforms
Client Industry: Retail and eCommerce (customer service)
IMPORTANT Client note: We will require these VAs to work Christmas Eve and Christmas if the holiday falls on their scheduled shift.
