We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner in our HR team.
HRBP for us is a key member of the HR team, a mature and autonomous leader, whose area of responsibility is one of the company's business units (150-300 employees). He is a business partner of the head of his business unit and is equally responsible for achieving business goals.
You will be responsible for:
1. The effectiveness of the personnel of the business unit (people bring the company to the target result in money and in achieving strategic goals).
2. Staffing, i.e. the business unit has the right number of people, they have passed the probationary period and the company is satisfied with them.
3. People are happy, they want to work in the company for a long time, take new areas of responsibility, recommend the company to friends.
4. Implementation and enforceability of HR processes within the business unit.
5. Satisfaction of managers and employees of the business unit with the HR function.
Successful candidate:
- Has 2-3+ years of successful experience in a similar HRBP position;
- Has work experience in an IT/Digital company;
- Has English level is upper-intermediate or above (oral and written negotiations for communication with foreign employees and managers);
- Has flexibility and ability to find solutions in non-standard situations;
- Has ability to influence decisions made by top managers;
- Has customer orientation;
- Has analytical skills and ability to work in multitasking mode.
