Are you a detail-driven HRIS Specialist with a deep understanding of Zoho People? We are on the hunt for someone like you to join our People Operations team! Your role will be to manage and fine-tune our Human Resources Information System, ensuring it is optimized to support our HR functions and processes flawlessly.
As a key member of our team, you will be working hand-in-hand with us to implement and configure modules within the Zoho People system, according to our processes. Your project management skills will shine as you ensure all relevant stakeholders are consulted and kept informed.

Using the powerful automation and workflow capabilities of the Zoho People platform, including scripting with Deluge (https://www.zoho.com/fr/deluge/), you will have the chance to fully automate our People Operations activities. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement in Zoho People HR processes, policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure optimal automation, data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to POps staff and system users
- Train POps staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and processes
- Collaborate with POps and internal teams to identify system requirements, enhancements, and integration opportunities
- Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support POps decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven and tangible experience of working with the Zoho People HRIS platform
- Experience of scripting with Deluge
- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD)
- Experience with HR data migration and system implementations
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Software developer background is a big plus
