With over 500 customers, including global enterprises like Optum, Corpay, Sony, SharkNinja, and Allianz, Zingtree transforms self-service, uncovers and implements automation opportunities, and makes every customer service agent an expert.We are looking for a talented mid-level UI/UX Designer with strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and designing user flows that align with business logic. In this role, you will translate story requirements into interactive mockups and wireframes, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, a passion for implementing and adhering to design standards, and the ability to effectively communicate design decisions across teams.

What You'll Do

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate intended user experiences and interactions.

User Flow Design: Develop comprehensive user flows and information architecture that align with business requirements and technical constraints.

Requirements Translation: Transform business requirements and user stories into concrete design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Design System Implementation: Contribute to, maintain, and ensure adherence to our design system, creating consistent user experiences across products.

Design Specifications: Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for development teams, ensuring accurate implementation of designs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

Interaction Design: Create intuitive, engaging interactions that enhance user experience while supporting core functionality.

Design Refinement: Continuously improve designs through iteration based on user feedback, analytics, and business needs.

Design Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design decisions, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

Design Standards Advocacy: Help refine and advocate for design standards and best practices across the organization.

Who You Are

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar; understanding of design systems and component libraries; familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic knowledge).

Design Expertise: Strong visual design sensibilities with attention to typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility standards; ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Prototyping Abilities: Advanced skills in creating interactive prototypes that effectively communicate user flows and interactions.

Process Knowledge: Experience with modern design workflows and methodologies; understanding of product development lifecycles.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly designs; strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders at various technical levels.

Collaboration Aptitude: Experience working in cross-functional environments with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders; ability to incorporate feedback constructively.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing requirements while maintaining design integrity.
