UI/UX Product designer

We are looking for UX/UI Product Designer for our client - product company which develops a platform for data streaming. You will design end-to-end UX's from prototypes to final implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduction of design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions, presentations, etc.
- Design of new features and take concepts through to production
- Create user journeys and product flows
- Define users' needs, motivation and pain points
- Focus on UX using A/B tests and live results
- Collaboration with the product, engineering, and marketing teams

Requirements:
- UX/UI designer with 4-5 years of experience
- Experience in designing a complex system/platform
- Positive attitude and great social skills
- Great knowledge in design and prototyping software (Figma preferred)
- Visual design skills and expertise in creating flows, page layouts/templates, functional design, iconography, and style guides
- Understanding web technologies (no codding required)
- Fluent written and spoken English
