Backflip is seeking a Territory Sales Representative. The Territory Sales Representative is a vital role responsible for driving market awareness, community engagement, and revenue growth for Backflip in a dedicated geographic area. The Territory Sales Representative will act as the face of Backflip within the community, attending and hosting events, building relationships with local real estate entrepreneurs and partners, and generating new leads for the Account Executives to convert into closed deals.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, people-oriented professional who thrives in community-based roles and has a passion for building connections that help drive business results. While the Territory Sales Representative is not responsible for directly closing deals, they will be instrumental in driving the top of the sales funnel and supporting expanding Backflip’s market share.
This position is remote (U.S.) and a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor (~75 person team) working directly with senior leaders in a well-capitalized startup with a great culture (Check out our recently announced $15M Series A).

Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $80,000 plus annual expected commissions of $50,000, for a total on-target earnings (OTE) of $130,000, and is based on a variety of factors including prior experience, geographic location, stock option grant, and other factors, and may fall outside of the stated range for certain candidates. In addition to a competitive market salary, Backflip employees receive equity stock options, paid health care, and a 401K + company match, among other industry-leading benefits.
