About the RoleAs a Technical Writer, you’ll bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users. By collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers, you’ll craft clear, concise documentation that standardizes processes and improves cross-departmental alignment. This is a pivotal role in enhancing both internal and external understanding of our offerings.
Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and maintain user-friendly how-to helpdesk articles.
Develop API and integrations documentation.
Standardize documentation across departments to ensure consistency.
Collaborate with teams to gather and clarify technical information.
Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback.
Strong B2B writing skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise content.
Experience in early-stage or fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, or similar is a plus.
Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Availability to work 20 hours per week with flexibility for growth.
