About the role:
We’re looking to hire a full-time remote Senior Website/Visual/Motion Designer. For this role, your primary focus will be shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. Your expertise in both static and motion design will be critical in elevating our products and ensuring they stand out in the market.
You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers, through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs for web and mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Establish and maintain consistent visual design language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, that aligns with our brand identity.

Create captivating animations and interactive elements that enhance user engagement and bring our products to life.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing design guidance and ensuring design solutions align with product goals and technical constraints.

Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.

Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts and interactions.

Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all products.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and product quality.
Requirements:
-
5+ years of professional experience in website design, visual design, and motion design for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, After Effects, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including user interfaces, visual designs, and motion graphics.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience with user research and usability testing

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.

Brand design experience is a plus
-
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
