Join our small but mighty Finance team as a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our capabilities, and spearheading intricate strategic initiatives. In this unique opportunity, you will navigate and support our high-velocity, high-efficiency approach to achieving our goals.

Circle is on a determined mission to reach a $100M run-rate within the next 5 years, all while maintaining profitability. Collaborating closely with our Head of Finance, and only one-level removed from our Leadership team, you will contribute significantly to expanding Circle's financial planning and analysis capabilities. Your efforts will empower our leadership team with the essential forecasting and analysis required to successfully meet our plan.

Cash compensation is a starting point, and we want all of our team members to be able to grow in their roles. In addition to equity, benefits and perks, our cash compensation is subject to an annual review and increase on a once per year basis on the hire date anniversary.
