We are currently looking for a full-time (Senior) People Operations Manager to join us in our exciting journey as we continue to build and expand WorkMotion. - Being responsible for our daily operational People & Culture business, the first contact supporting our WorkMotion employees and thus being responsible for many topics along the entire Employee Journey in several countries
- Continuously manage the HR data in our HR Operations System (Personio) and ensure a high data quality
- Taking over administrative tasks such as the creation of employment contracts, references and certificates
- Constantly exchange with various partner companies to ensure the successful employment of new employees abroad
- Creating evaluations and statistics and taking care of our monthly preparatory payroll accounting
- Degree in business administration, economics, psychology, business psychology or comparable and
- Ideally 2-3 years of work experience in HR/ People Operations/ People Admin
- Thorough knowledge of human resources and labor law issues
- Excellent communication skills and a real team player
- Organizational skills and familiar with a dynamic work environment (ideally start-up environment)
- Handling sensitive data with absolute trust and discretion
- Excellent English skills, ideally also German, French or Spanish. Any other language is a plus!
