We’re hiring our Senior Marketing Manager.
We’re welcoming more humans to our team to grow our capabilities, reach, and impact. This role is a highly collaborative individual contributor, ideal for a self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

We need someone to:

Own our marketing strategy and execution for both our sales-led and product-led growth initiatives, including:
-
Account-based marketing: developing and working our target customer list and building highly personalized customized content and engagement campaignsÂ
-
Content marketing:Â develop a regular content calendar and campaigns to support direct sales, brand awareness, event activations, and account-based marketing campaigns
-
Own and provide content for Bizly social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter

Sales enablement:Â development of call scripts, sales enablement collateral, presentations, follow-up assets, and other supporting materials

Overall responsibility for top of funnel B2B lead generation

Closely monitor performance throughout the funnel and help us optimize conversions at the various stages—and craft and document processes and frameworks along the way

Ensure that the Bizly brand is appropriately and consistently represented across all market channels

Create sales collateral including presentations, ad copy, and thought leadership contentÂ

Create business case generator to assist customers with building their business cases

What you can bring to Bizly
-
5+ years experience in marketing preferably with a tech-forward, product-driven company—even better if it’s in the business travel and/or meetings and events industry
-
Ideally, a strong background experience across multiple B2B marketing channels
-
Strong experience with marketing analytics and supporting technologies like Apollo, salesforce, Google analytics, etc.

Firm grasp of marketing analytics and how to report to Bizly senior executives, Board of Directors and investors

Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting to senior leadership

A strong sense of the big picture with deep analytical and quantitative skills

A knack for cross-functional communication and collaboration
