We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to lead our marketing analytics efforts, ensuring the translation of data into actionable insights that drive our marketing strategies forward. You will have the opportunity to build the Marketing Analytics service for the business, covering both Paid and Organic channels.
- You will lead web analytics initiatives, collaborating with our engineers and agencies to utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, custom tagging, and develop comprehensive measurement plans.
- You will be heavily involved in analyzing paid marketing performance, particularly on platforms like Google Search and Bing.
- The job will allow you to explore Funnel and Customer Journey data, helping the business understand the relationship between the marketing inbound funnel and the sales funnel, and providing insights for optimization.
- You will contribute to forecasting plans for marketing, developing and implementing paid and non-paid pipeline forecasting strategies to optimize resource allocation and budgeting.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining key marketing dashboards and assisting stakeholders in translating business requirements into actionable metrics, creating visually compelling dashboards to drive effective decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid and organic web analytics, have experience analyzing paid marketing performance, and comprehend the complexities of marketing and sales funnels. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a preference for those with a leadership background and familiarity with relevant business contexts.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Sound understanding of both company-wide and marketing-specific KPIs.
- Proven experience in enabling teams to adopt a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Ability to articulate complex data insights in an easily understandable manner, ensuring efficient communication with various teams within the Go-to-market department.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on impactful results, proactive problem-solving, and the identification of opportunities for tangible improvements based on data-driven insights.
