We’re looking to hire a full-time, remote Senior Java Web Toolkit Developer. For this role, your primary focus will be collaborating with a team of developers in creating and implementing software applications and components. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers, through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop software applications using Java and Web Toolkit framework

Write code for software applications and perform code reviews to ensure that code meets coding standards and is maintainable

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software applications meet business requirements

Create technical specifications and documentation for software applications

Troubleshoot and debug software applications as needed to identify and resolve issues

Test software applications to ensure that they meet quality standards and are free from defects

Stay updated with industry best practices and trends
Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Java, including experience with popular frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts

Experience with Web Toolkit (JWt) and the ability to develop complex browser-based applications using Java

Proficiency with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins

Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex technical problems

Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Ability to work during EST hours
