What are we looking for?
In this opportunity, we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to work with one of our US clients, who provides end-to-end customer acquisition and recruitment services, combining proprietary data, technology, and high-velocity sales and recruiting to deliver new customers and workers. Their services include funnel conversion through skilled sales, recruiting, analytics teams, and full-service customer and worker acquisition, integrating top-of-funnel marketing strategies. The Inside Sales Team focuses on fundamental sales and recruiting principles to guide candidates through a lengthy hiring process, playing a key role in staffing educational institutions across multiple states. Their clients include some of the fastest-growing tech companies.

About this role:
The Software Engineer will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions. This position requires full ownership of features throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and requirement gathering to launch and user adoption. The ideal candidate will utilize their technical expertise and product insight to deliver solutions that address user challenges, create value, and improve the overall user experience.
