We are looking for a Senior Director for our Global Payroll Operations team to grow and scale our internal and external payroll services. This person will have a chance to lead the strategic planning, management, and scaling of the company's Payroll teams. They will own the end-to-end global payroll experience for customers, collaborate with internal teams to automate processes, and ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.

- Collaboration with internal Product and Engineering teams to lead automation of processes and product evolutions
- Strategic decisions around process improvements to ensure scalability, accuracy and data integrity
- Ownership of the new countries launch roadmap for our Global Payroll product
- Development of drivers impacting top and bottom line performance and speed in the Payroll team
- Ideally 8+ years of experience working in the Payroll space
- Experience leading payroll teams across a large number of countries
- Previous experience in a hyper-growth or tech start up
- Track record of automating payroll processes through product and tooling improvements
- Experience leading in-house payroll teams as well as managing payroll partners
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
