We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple special projects to improve customer experience, retention and revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the implementation of programs, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong data driven background, excellent program management skills, and a deep understanding of customer experience.
Requirements- You have at least 5 years of experience in Business Operations or similar position.

- Manage and lead multiple cross-department projects, from ideation to execution, including requirements gathering, design, build, measurement, and iteration.
- Drive data analysis to provide meaningful insights into fixing best practices to better support our customers and users.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Work closely and effectively with Product, Engineering, Automation, Growth, Legal, and all other operational departments to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Increase effectiveness and provide greater value to Remote's customers and employees.
- Design and continuously update process maps, workflows, standard operating procedures across departments to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Be able to go from "scout to scale" and actually start things up and get things done.
- Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values and Customer Experience team's goals.
