What you will do:
- Responsible for daily accounting operations in Xero system for multiple entities
- Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documents
- Assist with the preparation of the budget, forecast, and financial analysis
- Cash flow analysis and monthly reporting
- Daily communication with suppliers and various stakeholders on payments and accounting documentation
- Responsible for AP function of the firm
- Manage Inter-company reconciliations
- Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required
What we are looking for:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, and related discipline
- CPA, ACCA or similar
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
- Xero accounting software experience
- Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office
- Competent in to use of various software, App and IT solutions
- Working experience with international businesses
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiative at work
- Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with a positive working attitude
- Resourceful, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and go beyond
- Good command of English is a must, knowing other languages would be an advantage
