Job Description:
The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading our Agile development team, helping to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Scrum Master who has worked in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of the Agile methodology. The Scrum Master will work closely with the development team, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that the team is working efficiently and that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:

Lead the Agile development team and manage the entire Scrum process

Work with the Product Owner to define project scope and requirements

Create and maintain the product backlog and prioritize tasks

Conduct sprint planning and sprint reviews
-
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
-
Coach the team in Agile principles and Scrum practices
-
Identify and remove any obstacles that may impede the team's progress
-
Ensure that all team members are working towards a common goal

Track and report on team velocity and progress
-
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve the overall Agile process
Requirements:
-
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
-
Experience working in an Agile environment
-
Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile practices
-
Ability to lead and motivate a development team
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
-
Experience working with software development teams and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required
