You should apply if you have:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
- Salesforce Admin certified minimum.
- Marketing Cloud / Pardot / CPQ experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce CRM solution and for recommending the best solution designs based on business needs
- Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving: configuration of Salesforce and other managed packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality
- Handle all administrative functions such as object configuration, security setup, reporting and dashboards, workflows, and other configuration tasks.
- Define and document development requirements and outline best practices in implementing system solutions.
- Contribute significantly to thought leadership across the platform including ideation and design of new accelerators
- Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance, coaching, and mentoring to the sales, onboarding, and retention teams.
