- Review new customer orders in the system platform (Backend).
- Provide expert knowledge and review Visa applications to make sure we improve the approval chances of all our customers.
- Attend all meetings as scheduled.
- Become SME (subject matter expert) in one (1) iVisa processing area, and one (1) iVisa product.
- Be analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer Service
- Advanced English level
