We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Relocation Coordinator to assist our team members in all aspects of relocation services. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR positions within tech companies and a recent personal experience with relocation. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks related to relocation, including home finding, school search, and local orientation, while maintaining strong relationships with relocated team members and managing their expectations throughout the process.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate relocation services: assist in coordinating comprehensive relocation services such as home finding, school search, local orientation, and temporary accommodation.
  • Supplier management: support management in activities performed by third-party suppliers related to relocation and manage supplier coordination.
  • Client support & relationship management: act as the first point of contact for relocated team members, providing continuous advice, support, and managing expectations regarding the housing market and relocation process.
  • Tenancy negotiation: negotiate tenancy agreements on behalf of assignees and manage related documentation.
  • Reporting: prepare weekly status reports and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communication: address inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner, and communicate any service failures to the Team Leader/Manager.

Requirements:


  • Experience in people management positions or junior tech positions within tech companies.
  • Relocation process hands-on, personal experience as a relocated individual also counts.
  • Real passion to help people and understand their needs.
  • Proactive in searching for information and innovative in solving problems.
  • B2 or higher English proficiency.
  • Fluent Russian
