Role Description:
We are presently seeking a Recruiter to join our international Recruiting team to help us build our global teams working remotely. The job involves communicating with candidates around the world, so fluent English is a must.
The Recruiter will perform high volume, full cycle recruitment activities and processes such as recruitment and selection of key talents for identified needs while maintaining a high level of service and achieving a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities:
- Implement innovative recruiting practices that attract diverse, high-quality candidates;
- Work directly with hiring managers in multiple locations to define open technical and business positions with job requirements, managing a strong pool of active & passive candidates;
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process in the applicant tracking system (we are use Comeet);
- Conduct HR market research to determine searching strategy, vacancy budget;
- Create job postings and distribute them among our pipeline of channels;
- Conduct CV review and initial recruiter screen call with candidates;
- Manage and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage candidate communication/follow up with a strong sense of urgency;
- Work with talent sources to develop and execute tactical and strategic sourcing strategies to create passive talent pools/pipelines, using all available resources;
- Utilize recruiting metrics to measure how effective and efficient the process is and identify areas for improvement;
- Provide weekly updates to leadership on recruitment activity including interviews, candidate pipeline, etc.

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment where you have successfully sourced, attracted, and secured candidates for diverse IT and business roles.
- Experience in international hiring ideally in the North and Latin America.
- Knowledge of job boards like Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of boolean search and unique sourcing techniques.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Readiness to work remotely: a quiet workspace with high-speed internet and a powerful laptop.
- Fluent English is a must.
