We are looking for a Product Manager (NLP) for one of our investment products.
ML Team Objective: Increase the business performance of the product by improving the co-pilot system in user dialogues and the generative AI that underpins it. The responses suggested by the generative bot should be optimized for relevance and the likelihood of continuing the dialogue.
Your main tasks will be:
- Practical experience in applying basic NLP concepts (ngrams, skip-grams, tf-idf, etc.);
- Experience working in the field of NLP;
- Experience in developing components for dialogue systems.
We expect from you:
- Manage a team of ML engineers and improve the architecture of ML services to achieve set business goals;
- Create and integrate the necessary ML models into the overall system;
- Test and evaluate the created solutions;
- Optimize model training;
- Enhance the automated testing system and evaluation criteria for new models;
- Collect and prepare data necessary for model training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mathematical algorithms in machine learning, main types of models, and understanding of criteria for evaluating their performance;
- Practical experience in developing and deploying microservices;
- Proficiency in Python;
- Knowledge of machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, Numpy, Scipy, Sklearn);
- Familiarity with the PyTorch deep learning framework;
- Proficient in Linux/Unix OS and version control systems like Git;
- Ability to independently set up a pipeline;
- Understanding of ONNX principles;
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases;
- Experience in fine-tuning open-source models (Llama, Falcon, Vicuna, MPT, Zephyr, Mistral, etc.);
- Experience with GloVe, ELMo, RNN, CNN, Transformer, BERT;
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker);
- Experience with deepspeed/Jax;
- Completed courses such as ODS, MIPT+Huawei.
