Today, 80% of them in the US are individually owned and operated and we want to keep it that way. We provide our entrepreneurs the tools and expertise to operate with the scale of a large chain while remaining independent.
We are a well-funded seed-stage company with many happy customers and quickly scaling revenue.
This role as first Product Manager
We’re hiring for a founding product manager to take over from our founder Sam and drive the product roadmap, including both our software product and wider program. This is a senior individual contributor role, with a wide span of responsibilities across the business reporting to the CEO.

Our objectives for the role
In 30 days:

You’ve met 10+ customers and have a clear sense of what’s working, what’s not, and what the priorities are

You’ve become a key thought partner to our head of engineering, head of partner services, designer, and CEO

You’ve driven clarity and decision making on multiple small-to-medium sized projects
In 90 days:

You own the wider product roadmap across all aspects of the business

You’ve shipped multiple larger features, continuously driving customer feedback to the team and product

You’ve made us up-level how we work, and it shows
We’re looking for:

4+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in SaaS context

Experience in a startup environment shipping iteratively

A healthy amount of impatience - you drive clarity, reduce ambiguity, and relentlessly unblock next steps

Experience with B2B, SMBs, aesthetics are pluses but not required

Experience with legal complexity and compliance a plus but not required
