At Sisu, we're building a software platform that empowers people to make better decisions using data. Based on years of cutting-edge research at Stanford, the platform helps businesses understand why their key metrics are changing. We use novel data mining and machine learning techniques to produce insights in real-time and deliver them through an elegant, modern web interface. Product Managers drive Sisu’s product strategy and execution, turning user needs and opportunities into a product roadmap.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to work closely with our front end engineering and design to invent and drive multiple new features/capabilities. The Analyst experience is key to driving value of Sisu's ML features to our core customers. You will be in charge of this area and drive features to make Sisu integrate seamlessly with analysts workflows both inside and outside the core Sisu app. As the first PM in this area, you’ll have a unique opportunity to define a product vision and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute on the vision and drive 10x growth in business metrics (engagement)
What you'll accomplish

Lead the definition and delivery of key features Sisu’s analyst experience features including reporting, sharing and integrations with 3p data products

Partner directly with target customers to build features with them with the goal of driving customer value directly and then user engagement

Once you find product market fit with a few customers, work with our GTM and CS team to scale out to all customers

Interact regularly with existing and prospective business customers to gain a deep understanding of our users and their needs

Collaborate tightly with Design and Engineering to determine what we build and how we build it

Work closely with the founding team to develop and execute our product strategy and roadmap

Help shape the team culture and product direction as we grow
What you'll need to be successful
-
5-10+ Years of experience as a PM in B2B SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products

Previous experience as a PM working on BI or Data Products

Experience building and shipping user centric products with a rich user experience

Passion for tackling large, nebulous problem spaces with a user-centered design thinking approach

Comfort navigating and leading teams through ambiguity

Ability to influence, motivate and inspire cross-functional partners
