This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, thrives on problem-solving, and can balance structure with flexibility. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with US labor laws while supporting global compliance and immigration initiatives.
You don’t need a traditional HR background, but you should be resourceful, analytical, and business-minded, with the ability to make sound, practical recommendations based on research and legal requirements.
