General Description:
We are looking for a Node Developer who loves programming. You should have experience building scalable web applications and be well versed in Javascript Development. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and a career path of proven success working within a collaborative web team as well as having individual contributor experience.
You must be able to clearly communicate in English with the team and clients.
To be successful you need:
- 4+ years of Node/Javascript software development experience.
- Solid experience with Javascript and experience with front end development is a PLUS
- Strong knowledge of Node.js using Express, Async, Lodash, Socket, etc.
- Knowledgeable in restful web services
- Familiarity with a variety of architectural patterns (MVC, ORM, etc .), frameworks and libraries
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL database
- Solid Restful API development experience
- Building reusable components and server side libraries for future use
- Working knowledge of Git, SVN or similar code version tools
- If you have experience working with a globally distributed, cross functional teams, that is a PLUS
- Writes documentation supporting the implementation of the solution
- Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment
