We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team to own projects and initiatives to help drive growth. We need an individual who is looking for an opportunity to make an impact by partnering with our marketing team. They will improve upon our existing frameworks and processes, which support everything from marketing automation, lead-generation, email execution, attribution and additional marketing and sales integrations. This role will provide exposure to all facets of marketing and revenue roles and is critical to our continued success at Recharge and will report to the Director of Marketing Operations.

Build upon and help maintain our Hubspot instance

Become a strategic partner to our marketing stakeholders and be responsible for the day-to-day execution of requests and projects

Ensure data integrity and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization

Assist in defining and measuring success across teams and platforms

Operationalize marketing initiatives (build workflows, create reports, execute emails, implement and maintain new tech)Â

Work closely with peers on the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment

2+ years of Hubspot/Marketo experience is required

1+ years of experience in a B2B or SaaS business

Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Drift, Triblio and Looker are nice-to-haves
