We are looking for a highly skilled Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our growing team at Istari. As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts for the company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies for the company
Create and manage financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive management
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance
Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
Drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis efforts
Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Requirements:
US Citizenship Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology or software company
Strong financial modeling skills and experience creating complex financial models
Experience with SaaS business models, revenue recognition, and subscription-based pricing strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
