As a key member of the Engineering Team, you will collaborate with other engineering leaders, engineers, product management, and operations to continuously release products of high quality.

You will be helping us manage our QA team. This team is responsible for manual, automation, and performance QA for the entire suite of products. You will be responsible for the entire QA and release management process.
- 10+ years of Software QA experience with a background in UI, backend, and/or API testing with a focus on automation
- 5+ Years of experience in leading and managing global QA teams
- Experience in building automation teams and a culture of automation
- Recruit, coach, and mentor cloud apps engineers
- Collaborate and partner with teams like product management, customer success and support team, and other engineering teams.
- Partner closely with Jitterbit development teams to support their specific needs while maintaining high-quality and consistent products across each offering
- Support the QA team in achieving a high level of technical excellence and stability
- Manage processes to help the team do its best work and interface effectively with the rest of the Jitterbit teams
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of the Jitterbit engineering management team
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Possess a thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- High energy and the ability to work across multiple projects and initiatives
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to triage and track defects through resolution.
- Generate and report test status to stakeholders and be a strong proponent of product quality
