We are seeking an IT & Operations Manager who is not only technically adept but also deeply committed to the quality of their work and the success of the team. The ideal candidate embodies self-discipline, requiring minimal oversight, and possesses a strong skill set coupled with a robust work ethic. As our IT & Operations Manager, you should be an excellent communicator, able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects with an analytical mindset, focusing on the minutest details, and actively engaging in hands-on tasks. We value cognizance, tolerance, and appreciation of cultural differences. The role demands a proactive approach, ensuring the streamlined operation of our IT systems through effective management of access to applications, SSO configurations, MDM policies, and process optimization.
You will be responsible for identifying which tools and equipment the organization will provide as support for remote workers and what the individual employees are expected to procure, creating digital workflows that automate core onboarding/off-boarding processes. Collaborate with HR to create remote work onboarding portals that feature “Getting Started” videos for setup and tips for succeeding with remote work. You’ll be working closely with the HR team including HR Managers and TA Managers.
