Join us as an: HR Reporting Analyst
In this role you’ll get to:
- Collect and analyze Recruitment and Sourcing data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Utilize various metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Come up with recruitment process improvement strategies reducing time-to-hire and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Generate and analyze reports on candidate pipelines, time-to-fill and other relevant reports.
- Do research on current industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks and suggest in coming up with competitive recruitment strategies.
What you'll need to succeed:
- At least 8 years of experience in data analysis
- Some years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Experience in HR Data Analysis/ Data Analysis
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR Software
- Relevant Educational background
