What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a background in working at early stage startups. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes for a high growth company. You will be responsible for supporting our growing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. What we are looking for

Foster positive work culture and address employee concerns. Conduct feedback sessions and implement initiatives for employee satisfaction

Support performance management process and identify training needs. Track performance metrics and evaluate effectiveness

Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee documentation. Stay updated on employment legislation and communicate updates

Manage benefits administration including enrollment, vendor selection and employee inquiries

Coordinate with hiring managers and support workforce planning

Assist with recruiting initiatives as needed
What we are looking for

3+ years of HR experience

Proven experience at a fast-growing startup

Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Proficiency in HRIS and HR software

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment

Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact

Relevant certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus
