As our Client Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for tasks related to Our Client onboarding and will hold responsibilities that will require a high level of organizational excellence and efficiency while maintaining our unique DNA.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for our onboarding activities and providing front-line service to our new customer.
- Handle documentation and be an available resource for the customers.
- Ensure all content is uploaded and maintained on relevant platforms (CRM, Monday, etc.).
- Actively contribute to departmental and company goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
