As a Head of Product at Array you will be the strategic leader of our products. Your role is to ensure the successful execution of the company’s product mission through development and deployment of the company’s embeddable technology products. The position will require you to set the vision for new products while optimizing existing ones. You will lead the product team in the implementation of applications and features, and planning for risk, monetization, and growth. This position reports to the CEO.
You Will:
- Create a vision for Array’s suite of products and lead our abilities to fulfill the company mission, deliver on client needs, and meet our goals.
- Own the product roadmap, working with the leadership team, product managers, and other stakeholders across the organization.
- Scale and lead a team of senior product managers and product designers.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with leaders across the company, including sales, customer success, implementations, legal and marketing.
- Help to develop, track, and control the development and deployment annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations.
- Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all product team staff.
- Establish standards of performance and monitor performance for your staff.
You Have:
- 15+ years of strategic and technical product leadership experience
- Experience successfully leading products across all stages of the product life cycle, and have ideally worked in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in the B2C and B2B sectors, specifically something finance-related.
- A curiosity to understand how products work, how customers engage with them, and how you can improve them to align with purpose, customer need, and business objectives.
- Executive level communication skills to proactively update stakeholders, the leadership team, and the rest of the company on product strategy, plans, and progress.
- Leadership skills to talent manage and scale our product team.
- An obsession with data and how it can chart our decisions for the future of our products.
- Initiative to get things done and take proactive ownership of strategy.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with our specific technology stack is preferred but not required: RESTful API written in Golang and Node.js
- Svelte for front end theming.
- Microservices running on K8s engine @GCP.
- Horizontally scaling MS SQL Server, Terraform as IaC, and Onprem 50/50 split between Linux and Windows.
Pay Transparency:
Salary Range: $171,000 - $231,000
