As a Head of Finance, the purpose is to take charge of all things finance and accounting, playing a pivotal role in the company's success. Collaborating seamlessly with leaders across departments, you'll report directly to the CEO and co-founders.
Key responsibilities:
🧾 Lead the charge in financial planning and analysis, crafting strategies that drive the company's fiscal success.
📦 Managing budgets and ensuring cash flows smoothly through the financial channels.
📑 Lead the company’s monthly close process, overseeing accounting with precision.
💼 Variance analysis and providing insight that guides decision-making.
📊 Provide finance and accounting support to the heads of Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
🗓️ Varied financial functions across the company, bringing your expertise to every aspect of their finances.
Working Hours ⏰: Full time position based on the US East Coast (EST), but flexibility is embraced as long as there is enough overlap.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Experience in finance and accounting leadership within the dynamic Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
✅ Proficiency in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
✅ Experience supporting, improving, or implementing finance and accounting systems and processes.
✅ Expertise in financial modelling in Microsoft Excel.
✅ NetSuite experience.
