This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as General Manager of our third-party revenue generating partnerships business, joining our leadership team.
As an inspiring leader, a dynamic, engaging and energetic professional, the GM of our Partnerships Business will own the strategic planning and implementation of the Remote 3rd party / API business unit. As this function is crucial for the success of our business, we want you to have a strong sense of ownership be focused on the impact on the company’s success.
What this job can offer you- Set up a business unit to scale our API product: revenue generating integrations with 3rd parties
- Develop and own the strategy and execution of the Remote API
- Manage the P&L of this business unit to achieve business objectives, including revenue and cost performance
- Lead, manage, and help scale the product and engineering teams and provide leadership guidance to an expanded group of cross-functional support
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to manage and improve the financial performance of the business unit
- Partner with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Operations, Finance, Growth, and Legal to advance the API strategy and infrastructure to scale business
- 5-10+ years experience in product or operations at a B2B SaaS company in a global setting
- Previous experience owning a P&L in a hyper-growth tech company
- Commercial and product-oriented and very savvy on financial and SaaS / Fintech products
- Ability to translate legal and commercial agreements into execution on the product and business side

For U.S. applicants: Across all US locations, the base salary range for this full-time position is $226,800 to $283,500 plus eligibility for equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
