Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking an Enterprise Data Partner & Success Lead who will be pivotal in delivering data insights to our clients while managing and nurturing strong enterprise relationships. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner, ensuring clients meet their business goals with MixRank’s data products. This is a highly collaborative role, bridging technical data insights with strategic client success, where you’ll be empowered to make a significant impact on both our clients' growth and MixRank’s long-term success.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a demonstrated ability to independently manage complex data projects.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role with a focus on enterprise clients and partnership-building.
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, with the ability to work seamlessly with large datasets.
- Outstanding communication skills for conveying data insights and aligning solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills to handle multiple priorities and ensure successful outcomes in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- A proactive and accountable self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, eager to drive client satisfaction and success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enterprise Data Partnership: Serve as the primary partner for enterprise clients, deeply understanding their business needs and aligning MixRank’s data solutions to support their objectives.
- Insight-Driven Solutions: Analyze large datasets to provide clients with actionable insights that support strategic goals. Work with clients to gather requirements and ensure delivery aligns with their business needs.
- Client Success Leadership: Own the success of your clients by acting as a dedicated advisor and advocate. Manage support requests, handle escalations, and proactively engage with clients to enhance their experience with MixRank’s data products.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients, positioning MixRank as a critical partner in their long-term data strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and internal teams to align MixRank’s data solutions with client needs. Provide valuable feedback to guide product enhancements and service improvements.
