A bit about you 🥇

5+ years building and maintaining databases; ideal candidates with have experience at various stage of scale within fast-moving startups

Technical experience with Linux, Postgres, SQL, GCP, automation, database reporting and maintenance

Experience managing database security and implementing policies

Strong sense of statistics to disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with database security tactics and implementation is a plus

Able to work efficiently and independently; proactive communicator in a distributed and often asynchronous environment
About your role at Ready ⚡️

Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems

Identify, investigate, and resolve database performance issues, database capacity, and database scalability

Writing new support programs and scripts to increase data security

Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
