Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking a Data-Driven Client Success Manager to join our team. This role uniquely combines data analytics expertise with a strong focus on client relationship management. You will act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, delivering data insights and helping clients achieve their business goals using our data products. This is a hybrid role that requires a deep understanding of data and a passion for building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a proven track record of independently managing end-to-end data projects.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role focusing on enterprise clients.
- Strong SQL skills, proficiency with data visualization tools, and experience working with large datasets.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- A self-starter mindset with a high level of ownership, accountability, and an independent work style.
What You’ll Be Doing
- IData-Driven Client Success: Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring they derive maximum value from MixRank’s data products. You’ll handle support requests, manage escalations, and proactively engage clients to anticipate and meet their needs.
- Data Analysis & Insights Delivery: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze large datasets, and deliver actionable insights that align with their strategic goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocating for their success. Identify opportunities to help clients grow and evolve their data strategies.
- Project Management: Lead the lifecycle of client projects from initiation to delivery. Ensure timely execution, clear communication, and successful outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and other internal teams to align MixRank’s data solutions with client needs. Provide insights and feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
