SafetyWing (YC W18) is seeking an intern to join our Nomad Insurance team for Summer 2023.
We are building a global social safety net, including health and retirement for remote workers worldwide, as a replacement for national welfare systems. If we succeed, we believe this will help ensure freedom and equal opportunity for everyone, and it is one of the more important tasks of our time that no one else is working on.
💻 Your responsibilities will include
Outreach webinar leads:
- Reach out to content creators to spread the word about our affiliate program and other opportunities
- Craft creative, genuine cold e-mails and follow-up messages to connect with our future Ambassadors
- Sign up ambassadors through 1:1 calls and pitch presentations
Community:
- Help find creative ways to engage and activate SafetyWing Ambassadors
- Community building: contribute to developing a strong content strategy for our Ambassador Community Hub
- Help organise monthly online webinars
- Ideation and management of influencer campaigns
- Ambassadors Management: managing current partnerships and identify new opportunities to promote Nomad Insurance
- Email Management - create periodic emails and manage and optimise automation flows

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Has ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Has interest in marketing and community building.
- Is able to speak about our products and brand with passion.
- Is committed to dedicating at least 3 months to this internship and able to work full time.
