We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and self-paced programmer to join our Education Services team. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience and passion for Linux and a basic knowledge of a wide range of programming languages and frameworks to help automate the manual procedures and reporting, as well as creating and maintaining in-house projects.
The Education Services Team works on customer training and learning opportunities to drive product usage and engagement, leading to increased customer adoption of our products.

As our Developer/Coder, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Education Services Managers to determine objectives
- Writing codes that support these objectives and provide optimal functionality
- Supporting and administering a ticketing system
- Collaborating in cross-functional projects
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience and passion for Linux
- Basic knowledge of a wide range of programming languages and frameworks (Python and JavaScript are preferable)
- Understanding of databases management
- Experience in ticketing system administration and development would be a plus (if not, being ready to get such an experience)
- Ability to quickly analyze the needs and gaps and adapt your skills or get new skills accordingly
- Ability to work well with culturally diverse teams
- Proven ability to communicate well with peers and all levels of management
- Intermediate (and higher) English level
- Team player but also able to work independently using your initiative
- Happy in an agile, fast-paced environment
