The Role: We are seeking a visionary Art Director who will take the helm in shaping the look and feel of our ambitious first-person shooter game, as well as lead the creative development for our future titles. This role is not just about management; it's about inspiration, ingenuity, and a profound understanding of the gaming marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Shape and articulate the game's creative vision.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the vision is executed flawlessly.

Oversee the development of game trailers, ensuring their alignment with the game’s story and feel.

Mentor, guide, and inspire the creative team to produce groundbreaking content.

Stay updated with the latest trends in the gaming industry and adapt strategies accordingly.

Work autonomously and make high-level decisions with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:

Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing exceptional creative prowess, versatility, and depth.

Skillset: Strong proficiency in common creative tools as well as Unreal Engine 5. Familiarity with multiplayer first-person shooter games will be advantageous.

Remote Work: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment and produce results without direct, day-to-day supervision.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to articulate creative concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
